The Split Fit Studio is fully outfitted with everything you need to reach your fitness goals in a completely private setting. Your program is 100% customized to your goals. Together we can build a stronger, healthier you!
Everything we do is based on the science of exercise and nutrition! There is no guessing in what we offer at Split Fit. After getting a baseline reading of your current fitness level we dive in depth to create focused short and long term goals. Then taking into account your goals, medical history and current fitness level we use specific exercise selection and program design to elicit the responses necessary for your body to reach those goals.
SPLIT FIT PROTOCOL | The concept behind the name revolves around split days. That means that you are splitting the body in half, front to back or lower to upper. In our case, Upper Body Workouts and Lower Body Workouts. This enables you to workout everyday while giving your body sufficient rest for it to recover and rebuild muscle tissue. Ideally we recommend 2 upper body strength training workouts and 2 lower body strength training workouts per week while supplementing cardio in as needed depending on your goals.
